Most physical Couple Comic products will be created after an order is placed. The product page will show the relevant production and delivery information.
Can my order arrive in separate packages?
Yes. If an order contains products made by different specialist production partners, the items may ship separately and tracking information may be sent for each package.
Do you ship internationally?
Available destinations and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Product availability can vary by destination.
How do digital products arrive?
Digital purchases are delivered electronically to the email used at checkout. No physical item is shipped unless the product page explicitly includes one.
Can I personalize a product?
Products marked Personalized include the available name, date, photo, colour, or story options. Please review all submitted details carefully before ordering.
Will I receive a proof?
Eligible custom-art listings will clearly state whether a proof is included and how many revisions are available.
